Jesse Engineering is a family business based on the Gold Coast started by Gerald in 1996. Focused on the steel and aluminium fabrication industry we provide customers with a solution to their custom fabricating needs, while also providing a number of products that have that distinctive Jesse Engineering touch.
Over two decades on, we are still custom fabricating to the same great standards we started with, and have all the experience to be able to fabricate your project from the ground up or work with you in improving the workings, functionality, and style of your existing project! Our company wide Matra is Yes We Can, yes we can offer you a solution based on precision, quality and practibility.
Where We’ve Been
At Jesse Engineering Pty Ltd we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver high quality custom fabrications. The business is built upon this principle and since we began in 1996 we have been custom fabricating all types of products from the many awning frames that line Surfers Paradise to even custom making the make-up chairs for the Elizabeth Arden section in David Jones, Sydney. Our ability to deliver has seen us work with various V8 Supercar teams in providing them with truck annex systems that are in a league of their own. Our work also has a global footprint with our fabrications making up centre of stage displays in Casinos across the USA, South Africa, New Zealand and Macau.

Custom Fabrication
We pride ourselves on our ability to complete general and custom steel & aluminium fabrication, from the small projects to the most elaborate we have the capabilities to get it done. Product development and prototyping are our niche. We work with clients to design, develope & bring to market all sorts of different parts and products.
Toolmaking and Machining
Our staff include highly trained toolmakers capable of carrying out in house toolmaking. We are also well equipped with CNC Lathes, Lathes, Milling Centres, Copy Centres and Presses to carrying out a range of machining and production activites. Samples Include: • Drill Rod Rethreading
Our Capabilities
Steel & Aluminium Cutting
Our Coldsaws, Mitre Saws and Tablesaws will make short work of any cutting jobs. Degrees and complex angles are no worries with our digital setups and jigs allowing us to get highly accurate difficult cuts that many others can’t
Design & Prototyping
Our Product design is next to none. With over 60 years of combined experience we are the ones to get your product or project to life. Whether it is creating a product from scratch or improving on your existing designs.
Turning
Equipped with both manual and CNC Lathes we have your turning needs sorted!
Drilling & Milling
We have both dedicated Drilling and Milling Machines. Whether it its a one off prototype or series of products we have the capability and capacity to get it done.
Welding
Pulse, MIG, Tig we can do it all. Our factory has been fitted out with state of the art gantry Pulse welders that do the lion’s share of all our welding jobs. For the occasional job where the pulse welders are not not the best choice we have a dedicated TIG and MIG machine available.
